Business Hours and delivery schedules
Our normal delivery hours are 9:00am to 7:00pm Monday – Tuesday and Thursday – Friday. Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm. Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Our phone lines are open from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Our office is closed on weekends however you may still place your grocery order online any day. Our cut off time for grocery orders is 10:00pm for online orders, sorry no exceptions. Any orders received after 10:00pm will not be delivered until the next business day. There are certain items that require a more advanced order time, please call for details. You may order your groceries by phone from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday by calling 668-6866. You must read our Terms & Conditions before using Super Market Express!

Delivery areas
We currently deliver in most of Stanislaus County. Please call us at 668-6866 to set up special arrangements if you are outside our current delivery area.

Pricing
There is a $5.99 fee for each grocery order plus the price of your groceries.
Orders over $250.00 the delivery fee is waved.

$1.00 charge for lotto games.
$1.00 charge for book of stamps
$1.50 Charge for Cash Back (Limited $20.00 cash)
$25.00 Charge on Returned Checks
$10.00 Charge on Re-Delivery (should no one be present at scheduled delivery time).
$5.00 Charge for Orders under $50.00

Those who use PayPal payment method, an additional 3% handling fee will be added to your total.

Coupons
We accept manufacturer coupons. We will deduct the coupon from your grocery bill when the groceries are delivered and the payment is made.

Accounts and Special Discounts
You may set up an account for someone like elderly parents or college students so that they may order from a running balance. We will email the person who sets up the account after each grocery order so you may keep track of their purchases.
We offer special discounts for senior residences or multiple drop deliveries. Ask your building manager to call for details at 668-6866 or email us on the contact page.

Super Market Express offers a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied.
You must contact us no later than 24 hours after delivery for items to be guaranteed and refundable.
